I absolutely loved this book! fast paced and stunning in its telling of a modern Cinderella I was expecting it to be full of those clichés that most of the other Cinderella stories have and it did have some of them but I loved every one of them .
About :Jaine is interviewed at storybook theme park by and aspiring park manager -Dylan -whose the son of the founders of the theme park ,she originally applies to the job of a marketing coordinator but the they already have a company they have used for used for years and the family is set in there ways .jaine lands the job with one condition to play the parks Cinderella and fill in because the parks luck with Cinderella's hasn't been going to well the last few times. On top of juggling baby sitting her niece and running errands for her soon to be married sister all this running around and answering to her sisters every demand makes her feel more like Cinderella then she feels like she looks .Dylan's stern disapproving family isn't very welcoming ,a forbidden spark between her and Dylan and itchy blonde wig and an overly poufy dress and her promising to raise park attendance with new marketing strategies she has to over come a lot can she do it read it and find out !!

What I thought :I cant believe this book isn't a movie  yet , I literally saw the scenes before my eyes with the writers descriptive phrasing and easy flowing writing style. I could connect with the  main character more than I have with any other book I have read so far this year . Not to give anything away some of the personal family struggles she endured I can relate to and I found my heart aching with the main character when her heart aced over those things in the book. I would strongly suggest anyone who is going to read this book not roll your eyes at the cover or the title or plot its a lot more than you think it does have some of the familiar clichés as mentioned above but it goes into so much more than that. I shouldn't even call it a Cinderella retelling its very original in the way you vote for the characters and their struggles. praise to the author for making me wish story book was a real place and giving the main character so much spunk and fire and turning her into a beautiful princess with a mind and to recognize her own self worth and to stand up for herself .
